CDM Co-ordination

A CDM Co-ordinator must be appointed for most construction projects. The Surveying Consultancy is able to offer a complete CDM co-ordination programme for most contracts. We will ensure the CDM Co-ordinators responsibilities are fulfilled in terms of the Health and Safety aspects of the design, with appropriate notifications given to the Health and Safety Executive.


It is important to recognise that following the legislation set by the Health and Safety Executive in 2007, wider responsibility and statutory duties have now been placed on the client to meet the latest CDM requirements.


We will prepare a Health and Safety Plan for the project, giving essential information for the safe use, maintenance and adaptation of the facility as
required.
